Description
Winchester Model 1886 Lever Action Rifle. Serial no. 93433, .45-90 caliber, 26-inch octagonal with standard sights. Blued finish. Case-hardened hammer, frame, lever and buttplate. Varnished walnut stock and fore-end. Crescent butt. Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 20-30% finish , primarily on barrel and in protected areas, the remainder with grey-brown age patina and scattered light pitting overall. Traces of silvered case-hardening on lever and frame. Wood with wear and bruises. Action good. Bright bore with some wear and spotting.Auction Info
