Description
Spencer Model 1860 Saddle Ring Carbine. Serial no. 60631, .52 caliber, 22-inch barrel with military sights. Blued and case-hardened finish. Walnut stock with saddle ring and rear sling swivel. Inspector's mark P above sling bar.Condition: Good. Barrel a bare metal finish with light to moderate pitting. Receiver a smooth, mottled gray-brown patina with scattered scratches and patches of fine pitting. Stock fair to good with numerous dents, gouges and scratches. Rear swivel with moderate surface rust, frozen. Bore good with light pitting.
