Description
Savage Model 1899 Lever Action Rifle.Serial no. 126444 [base of receiver], .22 H.P. caliber, 20-inch barrel with fixed front sight and adjustable rear elevation sight. Blued finish. Case-hardened lever and trigger. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end.
Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 60-70% finish with noticeable areas of thinning, handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Elevation piece for rear sight is absent. Few scattered scuffs and dings present to wood. Action good. Strong bore.
