Restored Winchester Model 1873 Lever Action by Douglas Turnbull Restorations. Serial no. 147739 .44-40 Win. cal., 24" half -round half-octagon barrel fitted with folding Beech front sight, rear dovetail is blanked, case-hardened action, lever hammer, upper and lower tangs; unmarked folding graduated peep sight mounted on top tang, checkered semi-pistolgrip stock of highly figured walnut, stylized diamond insert at knob, nickel-plated crescent buttplate with trap, checkered fore-end with case-hardened tip.Condition: Excellent, as completely redone with some parts possibly replaced. Appears unfired. Vibrant bluing and case colors.
