Description
Marlin Model 336 Lever Action Rifle with Telescopic Sight.Serial no. F59145 [lower tang], .30-30 caliber, 20-inch barrel. Blued finish. Circled JM stamped to right side of barrel. Smooth walnut pistolgrip stock and fore-end. Jaeger sling swivels and leather shoulder sling. Pachmayr ventilated rubber recoil pad. Gibson's 4 X 32 telescopic sight in unmarked ring mounts.
Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 95-97% finish with some handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Few dings and scuffs present to wood. Trivial screws to each side of wrist. Action crisp. Strong bore. Clear optics. From the Collection of James Schubert.
