Civil War Spencer Repeating Arms Saddle Ring Carbine.

Serial no. 11514, .52 caliber, 22-inch barrel with fixed front sight and folding rear ladder sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Top of frame with BOSTON, MASS markings [parts faint]. Saddle ring. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Sling swivel. Metal carbine buttplate. Made between 1863-1865.

Condition: Good. Finish primarily a light grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Numerous scuffs, dings and bruises present to wood. Action good. Bore okay with minor pitting.
