Description
Antique Winchester Model 1886 Lever Action Rifle.Serial no. 83900, .45-90 W.C.F. caliber, 26-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and rear elevation sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Smooth walnut pistolgrip stock and fore-end. Crescent metal buttplate. Manufactured in 1894.
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear, age and patches of pitting. Noticeable dings and scuffs present to wood. Action good. Strong bore.
