Description
E. Whitney US / N. Haven 1854 Percussion Rifle.Unserialized, .54 caliber, 32-inch barrel with fixed front sight and rear ladder sight. Brown finish. Case-hardened lock and hammer. Top of barrel marked: W.M. LARGE / J.J.J.J. Varnished walnut stock with brass furniture and sling swivels. Brass hinged patchbox to right side of stock.
Condition: Very good to excellent. Overall showing light handling wear, few scuffs and very fine pitting. Action good. Bright bore.
