U.S. Springfield Model 1894 Krag Bolt Action Rifle.Serial no. 3461 [receiver], .30-40 Krag caliber, 30-inch barrel with fixed front sight and adjustable rear elevation sight. Blued finish. Smooth walnut straight stock with barrel band and sling swivels. Metal buttplate with cleaning rod reservoir.
Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 85-90% finish with scattered signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Scuffs, dings and bruising present to wood. Action good. Strong bore.
