Description
U.S. Smith Corona Model 03-A3 Bolt Action Rifle and Extra Stock.Serial no. 4827182, .30 caliber, 25-inch barrel with fixed front sight and adjustable rear peep sight. Parkerized finish. Top of barrel marked: SC / (flaming bomb) / 10 43. Hardwood stock with two barrel bands, two sling swivels and stacking swivel. Left side of stock features faint cartouche and inspectors mark. Canvas shoulder sling. Checkered metal buttplate with cleaning rod reservoir. Sold with another .03-A3 stock with a "RLB" inspector cartouche, Ordnance escutcheon and circle "P" proof.
Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 95-97% finish with light handling wear, some thinning and scuffing near muzzle. Few scattered minor scuffs and dings to wood. Action crisp. Strong bore. Extra stock in very good condition.
