Swedish Mauser Model 1896 Bolt Action Rifle. Serial no. 82877, 6.5mm, 29 1/4-inch barrel with military sights including front sight cover. Matching bolt. Blued military finish. Swedish crown over maker mark and date on top of breech. Maker's mark reads,"CARL GUSTAFS STADS/GEVARSFAKTORI/1900. Hardwood stock with cleaning rod, two barrel bands and two sling swivels. Swedish marking disk.Condition: Good. Moderate handling wear throughout. Stock with numerous dents. Bright bore with light wear.
