Description
Steyr Modified Polish WZ.29/40 Bolt Action Military Rifle. Serial No. M1382N, 7.92 x 57 caliber, 24-inch barrel with standard military sights. Receiver ring marked 660/F. B. RADOM/1939 and with the Polish eagle crest. Left side rail with WZ lined out and 29/40. Floor plate with WaA 77 proofs. All visible numbers matching. Two barrel bands, bayonet lug, cleaning rod and sight hood. Laminated stock with dot (Brünn) cartouche and other German proof marks. Cupped buttplate marked brg/41 and waffen proofed. Condition: Excellent. Retaining 90% finish. Stock sanded. Former owner's initials "dotted" into the left side of the stock's butt. Bright bore.Auction Info
