Description
Russian 1899 Bolt Action Rifle.Serial no. N63883 [breech and receiver], 8mm caliber, 32 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front sight, adjustable rear sight and octagonal breech. Blued finish. Smooth walnut straight stock. Metal carbine buttplate.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a smooth grey patina with areas of handling wear and pitting. Scattered scuffs and dings present to wood. Noticeable repair to corner of stock. Cleaning rod absent. Action good. Strong bore. From the Collection of James Schubert.
