Japanese Arisaka Type 99 Bolt Action Rifle. Serial no. 77867, Tokyo arsenal proofs. 27-inch barrel with standard front sight. Mounted with a BSA telescopic sight. Steel action cover. Blued finish. Varnished hardwood stock and armguard. Modern leather sling.Condition: Fair as reconfigured. Retaining approximately 40-60% finish with scattered wear and patina. Ground mon. Rear sight removed to mount telescopic sight. Wood fair with heavy wear and bruises. Action good. Bore with wear. No cleaning rod present.
