Description
Japanese Arisaka Type 38 Bolt Action Rifle.Serial no. 7890, 8mm caliber, 26 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front sight and folding adjustable rear peep sight. Blued finish. Smooth walnut pistolgrip full body stock with sling swivels and metal buttplate. Sold along with bayonet with scabbard.
Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 50-60% of a thinning finish with noticeable wear and pitting. Sanded stock with scattered dings and bruising. Repair to lower portion of stock. Action needs adjustment. Strong bore.
