Description
British Enfield No. 4 MK1 Bolt Action Sniper Rifle with Telescopic Sight.Serial no. T39836, .30 caliber, 25-inch barrel with protected front sight. Blued finish. Breech marked: ENGLAND. Left side of receiver marked: M 47 C / T39836 / 1945 / TR. Smooth walnut stock with sling swivels. Brass buttplate with cleaning tool reservoir. TEL STG. No. 32 MK1 telescopic sight.
Provenance: Late Estate of Hiroshi Harada of Piedmont.
Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 50-60% of a thinning finish, with scattered signs of handling wear and pitting. Scuffs, dings and bruising present to wood. Action good. Lightly pitted bore. Clear optics.
