Description
Argentine Model 1909 Mauser Bolt Action Military Rifle. Serial No. E5801, 7.65 x 53 rimless caliber, 29-inch barrel with standard military sights. All visible numbers matching including cleaning rod. Blue finish with straight bolt toggle and receiver in the white. Receiver ring stamped with the Argentine crest and left sidewall marked DEUTSCHE WAFFEN-UND/MUNITIONSFABRIKEN BERLIN. Two barrel bands, two slight swivels, bayonet lug and cleaning rod. Walnut pistol-grip stock and handguard with flat metal buttplate. Condition: Excellent. Retaining 90-95% finish and only exhibiting light use. Stock with a few dings, dents and scratches. Bore still filled with Cosmoline so presumably it is bright and in excellent condition.Auction Info
