Description
Smith & Wesson New Model No. 3 American Single Action Revolver.Serial no. 1XX3, .44 caliber, 6 1/2-inch ribbed barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Top break action. Nickel-plated frame. 2-0 stamped behind triggerguard. Checkered walnut grip panels. Lanyard ring.
Condition: Very good. Barrel and cylinder finish primarily a smooth grey patina with scattered wear and pitting. Retaining approximately 85-90% nickel-plating with signs of flaking wear and patches of pitting. Scuffs and dings present to grips. Action good. Moderately pitted bore.
