Description
Smith & Wesson Second Model Schofield Wells Fargo Stamped Single Action Revolver.Serial no. 8854 [butt], .45 S&W Schofield caliber, 4 1/2-inch ribbed barrel with fixed front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued finish. Right side of barrel marked: W.F. & CO. EX. and Schofield's patent date. Smooth grip panels. Sold long with S&W letter explaining about the details of the Second Model Schofield.

Condition: Good. Finish a smooth grey age patina with signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Scuffs and scratches to grips. Action good.
