Description
Engraved Merwin Hulbert Single Action Revolver.Serial no. 6499, .44 caliber, 7-inch barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Nickel-plated finish. Elaborately scroll engraved barrel, cylinder and frame. Eagle with serpent engraved to left side of frame and grape vine to right. Stag style grip panels. Lanyard ring.
Condition: Good. Retaining some traces of nickel finish, the balance a smooth grey patina with scattered wear and patches of pitting. Scuffs and dings to grips, repairs and some loss to base of each panel. Action good.
