Description
Engraved Colt Single Action Army Revolver.Serial no. 223034, .45 caliber, 5 ½-inch round barrel with single line Hartford address and "COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY 45" on the left side of the barrel. Nickel with gold plated cylinder, trigger, back strap, frame screws, and ejector housing. Carved eagle grips. Full coverage foliate scroll engraving. Manufactured in 1902.
Provenance: Roger and Linda Carpenter Collection.
Condition: Very good. 75-80% gilt finish, worn at the high spots. Crisp action. Very good bore.
