Description
Custom Engraved Third Model Merwin-Hulbert Single Action Revolver. Serial no. 2193, .44 M & H caliber, 4 3/8-inch barrel with custom pedestal front sight. Custom scroll-engraved throughout with stippled background. Nickel-plated finish. Scoop-flute cylinder. Custom staghorn grips, simulating ivory. Lanyard ring. Condition: Fair. Retaining approximately 90-95% renickeled finish with scattered wear overall. Barrel shortened, muzzle recrowned and sight added. Mechanics need repair as cylinder does not advance when hammer cocked. Grips are later replacements.Auction Info
