Description
Composite 5-Digit Colt Single Action Revolver. Serial no. 63081 [frame], 63158 [triggerguard], 63358 [butt], .45 caliber, 4 3/4-inch barre with single-line Hartford address and German silver front sight. Nickel-plated finish. Single left period ivory grip with word "TEXAS" crudely scratched in top portion of grip. A 1/2-inch circular plug is also present in center of grip. Right grip missing. Lanyard ring. Condition: Poor. Retaining approximately 20-30% of an old renickeled finish mixed with grey patina. Scattered wear and pitting overall. Gunsmith made ejector rod button. Tracking line on cylinder. Some screws marred and/or replaced. Right grip missing, left grip with large chip to toe. Action rough.Auction Info
