Description
Colt Third Generation Single Action Army Revolver.Serial no. SA40131 [base of frame], .44 caliber, 4 3/4-inch barrel with fixed front blade sight and frame notch rear sight. Nickel-plated finish. Two-line, three-date patent and Rampant Colt logo to left side of frame. Smooth walnut grip panels. Contained in factory pasteboard box with foam inserts and literature.
These third generation Colt's were manufactured from 1976-present, with this one being manufactured in 1980.
Condition: Excellent. Overall showing very light handling wear. Crisp action. Bright bore. Storage wear present to box. From the Collection of James Schubert.
