Description

Colt Single Action Army Revolver.
Serial no. 343614 [frame] and 311 [loading gate], .45 Colt caliber, 4 3/4-inch barrel with fixed front blade sight and frame notch rear sight. Nickel-plated finish. Two-line, three-date patent and Rampant Colt stamped to left side of frame. Mother-of-pearl grip panels, right side featuring a carved steer head. Manufactured in 1922.

Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 85-90% finish with thinning to relief edges, scattered handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Few minor scuffs and scratches present to grips, noticeable ding to right panel where grip meets frame. Action good. Strong bore. All proceeds to benefit educational programs at The Bryan Museum.
