Description
Colt Model 1849 Pocket Conversion Single Action Revolver.Serial no. 164118 [barrel, frame, triggerguard, cylinder and butt], .31 caliber, 3-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front bead sight and New York address. Blued finish. Etched cylinder scene. Oil-finished walnut grip panels. Manufactured in 1860.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with noticeable wear and pitting. Heavy scuffs and bruising to grips. Action good. Dark bore.
