Description
Colt Model 1849 Percussion Pocket Revolver. Serial no. 219016, .31 caliber, 4-inch barrel with New York address. All matching numbers including the wedge. Blued finish. Six-shot cylinder stamped with 19016. Brass frame. Varnished walnut grips. Condition: Good. Barrel a dull gray patina. Replacement loading lever catch. Cylinder showing signs of cleaning. Loading lever and frame retaining traces of case colors. Guard and backstrap with mellow patina to brass. Grips very good, retaining approximately 50-60% varnish. Numerous nicks and dents.
