Description
Colt Frontier Six-Shooter.Serial no. 103483, .44-40 caliber, 7 1/2-inch barrel with single-line Hartford address. The etched legend: Colt Frontier Six-Shooter has either worn away or been removed from the left side of barrel. Case-hardened hammer and frame. One-piece walnut grip.
Condition: Very good. Metal polished and showing a brown-grey patina overall. Frame showing light vestiges of nickel in protected areas. Some screws replaced. Silvered case-hardening on hammer. Grip showing wear and light marks. Action tight and crisp..
