Description
Colt 1862 Model Pocket Navy Conversion Single Action Revolver.Serial no. 4903 [barrel, frame, triggerguard and butt] and 903 [cylinder], .36 caliber, 4 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front bead sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Etched cylinder scene. COLTS / PATENT to left side of frame. Brass gripstraps. Smooth walnut one-piece grip.
Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 50-60% of a thinning finish with noticeable thinning handling wear and pitting. Heavy scuffs and dings present to wood. Action functions. Moderately pitted bore.
