Cased Miniature 1847 Colt Walker Commemorative Single Action Revolver.Serial no. 302 [barrel, frame, triggerguard, cylinder and butt], .17 caliber, 4 1/4-inch barrel with fixed front sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Right side of barrel marked: US / 1847. Engraved cylinder scene. Brass triggerguard. Smooth rosewood one-piece grip. Contained in Colt display case with grey felt and plaque marked: 1847 WALKER COLT MINIATURE / CLASSIC EDITION / COLT FIREARMS / UNITED STATES HISTORICAL SOCIETY. Also contained in pasteboard box with literature and miniature factory letter.
