Polish F.B. Radom Model VIS 35 Semi-Automatic Pistol.

Serial no. G4263, 9mm caliber, 4 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Blued finish. Various Poland proof marks. Clear hard rubber grip panels. Lanyard ring. Grip safety. Standard service pistol for the Polish Army before World War II. After the invasion of Poland in 1939, the Germans took over production and continued manufacturing the pistol, designating it P35(p) for Wehrmacht use. German-occupied versions saw changes in finish and quality, especially toward the end of the war. Total wartime production: Estimated between 300,000-350,000 units.

Condition: Good. Retaining traces of finish, the balance a smooth grey patina with thinning to relief edges, handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Action crisp. Bright bore. Magazine absent. Tom Mixon Collection
