Colt Argentine Contract Model 1927 Semi-Automatic Pistol.Serial no. 1590 [top of slide and barrel], .45 caliber, 5-inch barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Blued finish. Colt company information and patent dates on the left side of the slide. Argentine crest and EJERCITO ARGENTINO / COLT CAL. 45 MOD. 1927 on the right. Checkered hardwood grip panels. Grip safety. Lanyard ring. Base of magazine numbered 35821.
Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 92-94% finish with some thinning to relief edges, handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Smooth checkering and dings present to wood. Crisp action. Strong bore. Tom Mixon Collection
