Description
London Marked Ketland & Co. Percussion Pistol.Unserialized, .58 caliber, 8-inch brass barrel stamped LONDON and with two proof marks. Lock marked: KETLAND / & CO. Smooth hardwood stock with lightly engraved brass triggerguard and grip cap. Oval brass escutcheon to top of wrist. Wood ramrod.
Condition: Very good. Some olive toning to brass, with scattered handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Noticeable scuffs, dings and bruises present to wood. Action good. Pitted bore.
