Description
Cased British Tower Percussion Pistol.Unserialized, approximately .58 caliber, 5 1/2-inch barrel marked TV on top. Lock marked: TOWER and (crown) / V.R. Smooth hardwood stock with brass furniture. LACY & C. stamped to left side of stock. Swivel metal ramrod. Lanyard ring. Contained in wooden display case with tools, balls, percussion caps and powder flask.
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a smooth grey patina with noticeable signs of handling wear, age and patches of pitting. Scattered scuffs and dings present to wood. Action needs adjustment. Pitted bore.
