British Flintlock Pistol. Approximately .72 caliber, 8-inch round barrel. Lockplate marked: [crown] over ?. Brass fittings with lanyard ring. Wooden stock. Ramrod present. Property from the Estate of John R. Eckel, Sr.Condition: Good as configured. Dark brown patina overall with pitting and surface rust. Wood possibly cut down with dings and scratches including 1 1/2-inch crack on sideplate. Brass fittings have been treated. Ramrod missing cap. Action good. Dark bore.
