18th Century Spanish Miquelet Pistol. .67 caliber. 9 3/4-inch part round/part octagonal barrel marked: GN/BVS/TIN/DVI/VIS. Proof marks. Molded bands and engraving at midpoint. Walnut stock with brass furniture. Lockplate marked: MAOVIBAR. JP engraved on pommel cap. Overall length: 16 1/2-inches. Condition: Good. Metal cleaned, showing grey patina and scattered pitting overall. Wood with wear, repairs and cracks near muzzle and sideplate. 2-inch loss near lockplate. Ramrod missing. Action crisp.Auction Info
