Description
German DWM Model 1918 Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol with Holster. Serial no. 4794/e, 9mm, 4-inch barrel with dovetailed sight and numbered on bottom. Chamber marked:1918. Straw colored take down lever, wide trigger and safety. Safety stamped: GESICHERT. Right side of slide with proofs. Blued finish. Lanyard loop and shoulder stock lug. Two wood base magazine with matching numbers. Checkered walnut grips. Contained in brown leather holster, the reverse marked: [crown]/III.. Inside flap marked: B A XI. Condition: Fine to excellent as refinished. Retaining approximately 94-98% finish with wear to straw finished elements and some relief edges. Grips very good with light wear. Left grip with minor dent. Mechanically crisp. Bright bore. Holster very good with wear and minor scuffs. From the Collection of Douglas Smith, offered without consignor reserve.Auction Info
