Colt Lightning Double Action Revolver. Serial no. 63266 [frame, triggerguard and butt], .38 caliber, 3 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front blade sight and two-line Hartford address. Nickel finish. Three-line, three-date patent. Checkered hard rubber Rampant Colt grips. Manufactured in 1888. From the estate of Houston collector Brent Burg. Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 20-30% finish with noticeable wear, flaking and pitting throughout. Grips showing light wear. Action is tight. Bore is good.Auction Info
