Boxed Colt Model 1991 A1 NRA Commemorative Semi-Automatic Pistol.Serial no. 1911NRA0341, .45 caliber, 5-inch barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Blued finish. Elaborately engraved slide, right side reading: COLT (accented in gilt), MILITARY / U.S. / STANDARD, WWI, WWII, GUN OF THE / 2011 / YEAR (accented in gilt), KOREA, VIETNAM, GULF WAR and WAR ON TERROR. Left side features a plane, battleship, helicopter and tank. COLT 1911 / 100 / YEARS and Rampant Colt, each accented in gilt. Light floral carved wood grip panels with inlaid NRA coin medallions. Grip safety. Contained in factory pasteboard box with literature and lock.
Condition: Excellent. Overall showing very light handling wear. Action crisp. Bright bore. Normal age and storage wear present to box and outer sleeve.
