Please note: Autographs from the Leonard Finger collection have not been autenticated by Spence/Grad but we believe these autographs to be as stated.
A great collection for the dealer or specialist! Contains fiftyeight small format programs dating from the 1880s through the 1950s. There are some "Playbill" programs from the 1930s and some regional theatre programs from the 1950s, but 75% of the programs date from the 1920s and before. All of the major New York theatres are represented, as well as theatres in Boston, New Haven, Jersey City, and other major cities. The programs from the 1915- 1930 period have colorful covers and feature major performers. There are also some area guide books interspersed. Includes 1939 program for "Straw Hat Review" autographed by DANNY KAYE, ALFRED DRAKE, and IMOGENE COCA.Auction Info
