Lot of Three Civil War Era U.S. Cavalry Swords. Including 1.) German-made Model 1840 heavy cavalry saber with a 34-inch slightly curved, heavy blade marked "R & C" (Rohrig & Cie). Complete with iron scabbard. 2.) Model 1860 light cavalry saber with a 34 ½-inch blade maker marked Mansfield & Lamb and dated 1865. Complete with iron scabbard. 3.) Model 1860 light cavalry sword with a 34 ¾-inch slightly curved blade with an Ames maker marked and dated 1864. Complete with iron scabbard.

Condition: 1.) Very good. 2.) Excellent with a few minor dents and some pitting on the iron scabbard. 3.) Near excellent with some minor dents and dings on the scabbard.
