Description
Fine Persian ScimitarApproximately 32-inch ornately decorated curved blade with 3/4 gold inlay coverage of typical Persian style. Damascus blade. Horn handle with decorated floral burst rivets and engraved spine. Brass guard. Sheath with brass mounts.
Condition: Very good for its age. Moderate handling wear. Gold features very good. Blade appears to have been cleaned at some point. Some nicks to edge. Sheath with moderate wear, scuffs and handling marks.
