Composite European Cage Hilt Rapier. 38 1/4-inch unmarked straight blade of diamond section. Leather-wrapped ricasso. Gold washed flexible wrought iron cage hilt with pierced side guards. Rewrapped spiral grip. Fig-shaped pommel. Overall length: 44 3/4-inches. Condition: Good to very good as configured. Showing age wear and patina. Slight traces of gold wash visible on hilt. Grip re-wrapped and turk's heads replaced.Auction Info
