Description
American Eagle-Pommel Officer Sword Complete With Scabbard.27 1/2-inch curved blade engraved with simple designs on blued panels. Brass hilt with carved bone handle. Leather scabbard with brass mounts and drag.
Condition: Good. Blade with traces of gilt and blued panels; a few nicks in the cutting edge and some dark areas. Scabbard worn but supple, the drag has moderate to heavy dents. From the Collection of Dr. Phillip R. Rutherford
