A Splendid Showa O-Katana by Master Swordsmith Shigamasa with Gassan Sadakazu Quality Dragon Horimono.The heavy blade with 78.7 cm. cutting edge and tadatusa style hamon. The entire sword in pristine condition throughout with no flaws. Mint nakago.The horimono of particular fine quality and excellence of execution. One of the finest Showa long Katana we have ever had the pleasure in cataloguing. Containing in honoki shirasaya wood and with beautifully gold wrapped copped habaki.
