Description
A Fine Shinto Kiku Mon Kinmichi Tanto.The hira tsukuri blade with 26.2 cm cutting edge, medium suguha hamon and komuke hada. Ubu nakago with 1 mekugi-ana, full Kinmichi signature and perfectly rendered kiku mon. Condition of blade is excellent in almost old polish, with some extremely minor shintetsu. Nakago is good with some significant rust at jiri, otherwise fine. Elaborate solid silver habaki and honoki wood shirasaya. Kinmichi tanto's are rarely encountered as much short narrow katana. With NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon origami.
