Description
Handsome Pair of Japanese Yanone.Includes: 1) Yanagi-Ba (willow leaf), 4 1/2-inches; 7 1/2-inches overall. Kanji characters on either side (untranslated). Housed in a traditional Yanone-bitsu (arrowhead case). 2) An unusual Yanone, 3 1/2-inches; 7-inches overall. Yanone, the arrowheads of Japan, were crafted in many forms for battle, hunting, ritual and display.
Condition: Both examples in very good condition.
