Description
Brown Buff leather Saber Knot, circa 1855. About perfect, for use with the US M1840 heavy cavalry saber, 1" wide. Fine sound, supple condition retaining both adjusting loops and the complete tassel with no fringes broken or missing. The wide braided band at the top of the tassel also about perfect. Very scarce and the first brown buff example we've seen available in years.Auction Info
