Lot of Two Assorted Folding Bowie Knives. Comprising: 1) German Folding Bowie Knife by J.A. Henckels/Germany. Having a 7 1/2-inch folding clip-point blade of polished steel. Two-piece folding German silver crossguard. German silver bolsters. Stag grip scales held with five steel rivets. German silver push-button blade release. Contained in original form-fitted brown leather scabbard with integral belt loop. 2) Fine German Folding Bowie Knife by F. Herder & Sohn, Solingen. 6-inch folding clip-point blade, the ricasso marked: F. Herder A Sn/Solingen. German silver combo crossguard and bolsters. Thumb activated spine blade release. Stag grip scales held in place by three rivets. Condition: 1) Very good, showing sharpening, scattered wear and age patina. Scabbard with wear and scuffs. 2) Fine. Showing light spotting and scattered light wear and patina overall. No scabbard.Auction Info
