Lot of Three Starr Contract Cavalry Sabers.
Including: 1.) Starr Contract of 1798 cavalry saber. 32-inch blade stamped "N. Starr & Co" on the obverse side of the blade and "US" on the reverse. No scabbard. 2.) Starr Contract of 1812-1813 cavalry saber. 33 ¾-inch blade stamped "P / HHP / N. Starr" on the obverse side of the blade. Iron hilt and wooden grip. With a heavily dented scabbard. 3.) Starr Contract of 1818 cavalry saber. 32 ½-inch blade stamped "US / P/ ET [Elias Toby] / N. Starr" on the obverse side. Iron hilt with leather wrapped wooden grip. Iron scabbard with two carrying rings.

Condition: 1.) About good. Significant pitting to the blade; wooden grip has a contemporary leather replacement. 2.) Good. Light sharpening to blade; lacks leather wrap on the grip; scabbard with a significant crease though the swords seats fully. 3.) Good. Blade with scattered surface rust and dark mottling.
